The Philippine Science High School System commends 𝗦𝘃𝗲𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘅𝗮𝘀 and her coach, 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗼, of PSHS-Bicol Region Campus for winning First Place in the 2023 Hippo International English Language (Regional Qualifiers) held on July 6-7 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
