The Philippine Science High School System commends 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗖. 𝗘𝘂𝘀𝗼𝘆𝗮 of PSHS-Western Visayas Campus for winning as Second Runner-up in the Philippine Biology Olympiad. He will advance to represent the Philippines in the the 34th International Biology Olympiad on July 3-11, 2023 in the United Arab Emirates. We are proud of you!
