The growing number of new and young teachers in the 16 campuses of the Philippine Science High School System is both a challenge and an opportunity to value the importance of a teacher induction program that will bring long-term and sustainable positive effects to the PSHS System.  Developing the PSHS Comprehensive Teacher Induction Program Policy and its Implementation Manual and Modules is not an easy task.  Each PSHS campus has its diverse culture and dynamics.  However, our steadfast pursuit to improve our practices enable us to evolve and meet the challenges of the changing times.

Likewise, the PSHS CITP shall harmonize the understanding of standards and school culture about the systems and processes that guide PSHS teachers in the workplace.  This shall also help appreciate and manage expectations and school norms that are integral for teachers to settle in, to excel, and to be happy in their career at PSHS.
